We offer 8-week adult grief groups several times a year. During these groups, information is offered about the grief process and participants have the opportunity to share their stories and to learn about healthy ways to begin to heal. Bereavement sessions are held in a safe, non-judgmental group environment where you can meet others who have also experienced a loss.
