About this service
Life Cycle Housing Society is developing its property on Cranberry Place for an affordable rental housing project. Its design is in keeping with the building style of the surrounding neighbourhood. When completed, there will be 4 buildings which together will provide 24 new housing units for families and seniors. Some of the units are apartments, and some are two level townhouses. It consists of one, two and three bedroom units. This project was able to happen thanks to funding provided by BC Housing, development consulting from Vesta, and industry recognized top quality construction management from Spani Developments.
