About this service
Support individuals experiencing complex barriers to health and social well-being, this sowins mobile outreach van connects with some of our most vulnerable in the community. The outreach van supports communities in the south Okanagan and out to Princeton. We offer harm reduction-based services to support safe practices and overdose prevention, as well as resources for addressing barriers created by experiences of poverty, unsafe or unstable housing, trauma and/or violence, substance use, under-addressed mental health issues, engagement in survival sex work, and individual and systemic marginalization.
