About this service
Our explore program provides workshops to assist women in recognizing, understanding, and overcoming the effects of abuse, and in taking the next steps to move forward towards employment, training, and a life free from abuse. Each workshop covers a different personal development topic designed to promote health and well-being. Learn how to deal with stress more effectively, build healthy relationships, boundaries, budgeting, and cooking, and making decisions that work for your life. Workshops are advertised throughout the year on our social media site as well as community ads and posters.
