Support this fund to help improve cycling in the South Okanagan in the city and on the trails The Penticton and Area Cycling Association (PACA) was formed in 2008 with the goal of providing a voice for south central Okanagan cyclists. PACA has embarked on a fundraising campaign through the PACA Trail Fund to support local trail enhancement. The Community Foundation provides administrative support by providing tax receipts for donations made to the PACA Trail Fund.
