About this service
The role of the key worker is to assist families in understanding FASD and CDBCS by providing information, support and advocacy specific to the needs of each family. The services include: FASD education for parents and community, advocacy for the family and child, case management, resources & referrals, family support through the assessment process, assistance to families in the implementation of the assessment recommendations, strategies and interventions with families.
Who can use it?
Services are provided to families of: children & youth with confirmed or probable FASD, child & youth with neurological conditions similar to FASD.
