About this service
Enjoy learning about healthy foods from a nutritionist, while cooking in a welcoming, fun and educational environment for seniors in the community. A great way to meet new people; socialize and connect with others in a healthy way. Eat lunch together and take food home after each session. There is a small fee associated with the program and assistance with transportation can be arranged, if needed. Pre-registration is required.
