P+OPS was created as a community response to growing needs in the South Okanagan-Similkameen during the ongoing War on Drugs and Toxic Drug Crisis. COVID-19 border closures and travel restrictions have resulted in the greatest challenges to date of drug toxicity, and the most overdoses ever seen throughout the world.
