About this organization

Cowichan Hospice offers support, information, and companionship to those living with an advancing illness, family and friends as well as those grieving the death of a loved one. Hospice care is available to clients in their homes, hospital, residential care facilities and any other environment within the Cowichan region. Cowichan Hospice also provides sessions on advance care planning for more information, click here.

Hospice services are offered by staff and by volunteers in each community in our valley. Volunteers receive core training, ongoing education, and supervision in order to support clients through the palliative and grief journeys.

Hospice services are available across the Cowichan region, at no cost.
