About this organization

Seniors Services Society of BC is a non-profit agency located in New Westminster, British Columbia, providing local and provincial programs and services to support vulnerable older adults to live as independently as possible. SSSBC is an amalgamation of the Seniors Housing Information Program Society and the Western Society for Seniors Citizens Services. The new society was incorporated in February 2006, and now offers over forty years of combined experience serving seniors in Metro Vancouver and BC. Our society is proud to continue a strong legacy of volunteerism. We are supported by a dedicated team of 40 volunteers and are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
