About this organization
We support seniors to live with dignity and joy, participate in their communities and remain in their own homes as long as possible.
The overarching goal of the Initiative is to identify and address seniors service gaps and barriers. Building on a process of community consultation, research and priority-setting, four pilot projects were developed in to address the identified priorities for seniors services.
