Be Enthusiastic About Reading Success and Be Enthusiastic About Math Success. Do you have a child in elementary school who could benefit from reading or math support? We have volunteers available to give individual support.
The Bears & Beams program, first introduced in 1989, matches our volunteers to children in classrooms in School District #68 who are in need of extra help with reading or math. Working under the direction of the classroom teacher, the individual attention provided proves to be rewarding to both the student and volunteer.
