About this service
Kiwanis Village has one building on our property, the Kiwanis Manor, which offers subsidized independent apartments. This building has 30 one-bedroom suites, full kitchens, large patios or balconies and a large comfortable common lounge. Residents general pay 30% of their after-tax income and are also responsible for a security deposit and payment of monthly utilities.
Kiwanis Manor is currently full, and there is a multi-year waitlist. Applicants will be contacted only when a suite is available to rent.
