About this service
Depending on availability of our partners and funding, NBIS offers counselling for both our clients and family/caregivers. During COVID-19 we were able to offer options both IN PERSON and VIRTUALLY. Our regular schedule includes 6 week group counselling sessions two times a year for people who have experienced an acquired brain injury and/or caregivers/family. NBIS counselling services are by referral only so an appointment must be made with NBIS Community Navigator/Client Services.
