About this service
All couples experience disagreements from time to time. Disagreements and differences of opinion are a normal part of any relationship. However, if not managed in a healthy and effective manner, a seemingly simple disagreement can lead to significant conflict. When couples experience conflict and discord, it is often preceded by poor communication, lack of trust, feelings of invalidation, and resentment. When working with couples, I focus on helping them adopt healthy communication patterns, which in turn foster trust, mutual understanding, and intimacy.
