About this service
Addiction can be characterized as a complete loss of control of ones life. It affects not only the individual suffering from it, but also their loved ones. When working with individuals struggling with addiction, it is highly important to take into account the various factors that contribute to the dependency genetic, psychosocial, environmental, and neurobiological in order to provide them with a better understanding of the types of behaviours that feed the addiction and allow it to take control. I provide support to individuals struggling with addiction, as well as to the loved ones of those individuals, using a compassionate, strength-based approach.
