COVID-19 Update: Restorative Counselling Continues to offer counselling sessions through Zoom Video chat or telephone.
All groups continue to run and will be offered via Zoom Video meetings moving forward.
Due to current circumstances and financial strain, all services are now low-barrier with a generous sliding scale available upon request.
An affordable, brief counselling service to assist you in getting restored, replenished and revitalized. Individual counselling for children, youth and adults, dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep issues/insomnia, depression, grief/bereavement, co-occurring disorders, addictions, employment issues, crisis situations, trauma and parenting issues, or parent/teen conflict.
Offering weekend sessions in order to make counselling accessible to individuals that are not available during regular business hours.

Restorative Counselling is open Tues - Thurs 9 am-6 pm, Sun 9 am - 5 pm.
