About this service
Parents have access to a variety of parent education workshops and programs, a Lending Library, clothing exchange and speciality programs with the goal of reducing isolation, increasing knowledge and confidence in parenting skills.
We help parents feel a sense of belonging to the community of Mission. We often invite community workers such as a Public Health Nurse, Dental Hygienist, a Supported Child Care Worker and Children Development Specialists to participate in the program. Information and referrals that support healthy families is available.
Mission4Kids Family Place calendar of activities includes morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend programs to increase accessibility for all family members.
