About this service
Mission Active Aging Program is designed to increase seniors level of physical activity in order to improve social connections, increase level of independence, and improve seniors well-being and quality of life. The Active Aging Grant is co-funded by the Active Aging Research Team (AART) at the University of British Columbia and the United Way of Lower Mainland.
There are no fees charged for the following activities.
MCSS is working in collaboration with the Mission Seniors Association to offer the following activities specifically designed to enhance mobility for older adults living our community. Each session is offered once a week. Please check our calendar for dates and times.

- Line Dancing
- Kitchen Gardening
