About this organization

Centennial Place is a mental health support program run by Communitas Supportive Care Society, located in Mission, BC. Our program is based on the Clubhouse model which serves adults working towards their mental wellness who are seeking a community of understanding, like-minded people who share the same experiences that they do.

We provide a supportive environment in which members of Centennial Place can socialize, pursue their unique goals, learn new skills and increase their involvement in the community. Potential members must be referred to Centennial Place in order to participate in our programs and activities.
