COVID-19 UPDATE: Family Law Advocacy can be reached via email fteo@comservice.bc.ca or you can leave a voicemail at 604.467.6911 ext. 1249 as voice messages are checked regularly. Based on the recommendations from the Provincial Health Officer, staff will continue to support clients remotely.
This program provides legal information, support and referral to other service providers. It also aims to promote access to justice and increase awareness about the justice system and other collaborative options. This program does not provide legal advice or legal representation in court hearings. Services include a range of legal advocacy relating to family law such as guardian ship and parenting time, child or spousal support, divorce and separation, protection orders, Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, child protection, and other.
