About this service
We provide resources, guidance and support to ALL individuals in need in the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows communities.
Outreach Workers are here to help individuals experiencing homelessness and/or are at risk of homelessness to navigate complex systems, health support and addiction services, harm reduction, replacing lost ID, income assistance, and help with identifying, locating, and securing safe housing options.
The Homeless Prevention Program (HPP) helps individuals who are at high risk of homelessness such as people leaving institutions, job or rental loss, illness, aging out of care, or living in unsafe accommodations.
The Homeless Outreach Program (HOP) provides outreach services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and need assistance in locating housing or shelter space.
The COVID Housing Program (CHP) provides help with individuals in need that have been directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
