About this service
Our goal is to provide conveniently located, affordable, multi-cultural and home-like seniors housing at each of our residences allowing all residents to live with respect and dignity in a supportive setting, regardless of age, race, religion or status.
Kilmartin Gardens is located a short 1/2 block away from the Valley Fair Shopping Centre, London Drugs, Vancity Savings, Save-On Foods, Liquor Store, TD Bank, Starbucks, MacDonalds and numerous other amenities. Within a four block radius is the city centre, public library, aquatic centre, Haney Place Mall and a myriad of banks and services.
The site consists of 5 one level buildings housing 22 units. All apartments enjoy the same floor plan with a living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom and storage room. Every unit has a front and back door with access to a large garden and courtyard. Coin operated laundry is located on site. Welcome home!
