About this service
We offer confidential counselling in a safe and clean environment. Sessions are available in-person throughout weekdays, evenings and weekends in any of our four locations in the Fraser Valley or by telehealth. We offer individual counselling to children, youth, and adults, marriage counselling, family counselling, and group counselling. We utilize the best in psychological models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Brief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), play therapy, mindfulness based approaches, Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment based therapies and much more. We have range of professionals who are experienced in several evidence based modalities to suite your needs.
