About this service
At the Wellness Centre we attempt to provide a relaxed atmosphere where you can explore issues in a safe and supportive environment, gain clarity and insight into problems, enhance communications/interpersonal and problem-solving skills, learn to set goals and develop a healthier lifestyle.
Who can use it?
On-site and video counselling services are available to all TWU students, staff, faculty and alumni living in every province and territory EXCEPT the following: Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Our professional regulations prevent us from serving clients in provinces with their own regulatory board.

Counselling Services is open Monday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4:00 p.m, Tuesday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4:00 p.m, Wednesday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4:00 p.m, Thursday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4:00 p.m, Friday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4:00 p.m.
