About this service
YouthWorks is an Inclusion Langley Society funded initiative for youth 16 to 19 years of age who are interested in paid employment. Services are offered throughout the Langley Township and City. Youth complete a discovery process in collaboration with the school partners (public and private) to ascertain each students employment skills and interests and match them with a suitable employment opportunity. Typical jobs are for up to 6 weeks throughout the summer, with the possibility of ongoing part time employment. Students will be provided with the required on-the-job support and coaching to ensure their success. Youth are referred to YouthWorks by the Langley School Partners.
