About this service
Seeking out Family Therapy early on is vital to being able to make effective change within the family. Family therapy may be used for families going through separation and/or divorce, loss, substance use, parent-teen conflict, parenting help, sibling conflict, crisis intervention and/or traumatic experience, and infidelity.
Family counselling provides a safe and non-judgemental space for family members to express themselves without getting into trouble or feeling powerless. I integrate attachment-based therapy into family therapy to strengthen family ties between family members and help build a safe and secure attachment style.
