About this service
Prenatal wellness is FREE for everyone! This wellness program includes , nutrition tips, healthy lifestyle tips, and connections to a great wealth of knowledge in your community. Attend fitness classes (when they are available again) as early in your pregnancy as possible, and stay with us after your baby is born! With six rotating topics, choose when to attend each session for a program individualized to your needs.
This program is currently being delivered virtually via zoom until further notice at 7:00pm on Tuesday evenings.
Preregistration is required through Chloe at the Kelowna YMCA.
