Helping individuals and families manage diabetes and prevent complications. Adult and children services for all diabetes types include:
- Individual appointments with a Nurse and/or Dietitian, and if necessary, also a Nurse Practitioner or Physician specialist
- Group education sessions
- In hospital consultation at Kelowna General Hospital
