About this organization

In 1999, Mission Creek Animal Hospital was opened by Dr. Bruce Baptie as a full service clinic for the Kelowna area, offering complete health care for your cat or dog. It started off as a small animal veterinary practice with a focus on small animal medicine and surgery.

In 2006, Dr. Andrew McCarthy and Dr. Tannis McCarthy moved to Kelowna. They discovered Mission Creek Animal Hospital a few short years later and knew they had to become part of such a caring and innovative veterinary clinic. In 2010, Andrew became a part owner of the clinic, then in 2014 Tannis joined the team as well. Five years later, in 2019, and Andrew and Tannis took over full ownership.
