About this service
The Speech Language Pathology department offers a variety of workshops and in-services for parents and/or educators.
If you have questions about any of these workshops, or are interested in having one presented to your educational program, please contact Lori Davies, Manager of the Speech Language Pathology Department at (250) 371-4100 ext. 226.
If you or your program are interested in a topic that is not listed here and you would like to have an SLP discuss that with your group, please contact Lori. We would be happy to develop other workshops or inservices that meet the needs of the community
Speech and Language: The Child Care Connection
- This is a 1 hour workshop designed for childcare providers about the speech and language development of toddlers and preschoolers, and how to incorporate language stimulation techniques into everyday classroom activities.
Workshops can be held at CTFRC or on location within the community.

Children with an identified need(s) (up to age 19).
