Street Outreach works to effectively case manage street entrenched individuals to ensure they are connected to adequate resources, in an effort to meet basic needs. This continues to be done in partnership with other service providers, such as Interior Health Authority (IHA), Interior Community Services (ICS), Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), and Aboriginal Friendship Society (AFS).
