We are the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster, a regional expression of the Anglican Church of Canada in the Sunshine Coast, Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley consisting of 66 parishes and 3 worshipping communities on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish First Nations.

Ministry Ministry is how we live and express our faith through our actions. The Encyclopedia of Christianity defines it as carrying forth Christs mission in the world, indicating that it is conferred on each Christian in baptism. While it incorporates certain rituals (the Eucharist, or Act of Communion, being one example) and traditions (Baptism, Marriage, Celebration of Life) the Ministry of a Church and its parish members can take many forms of service.
