About this service
Individuals at Greenridge and Eagle Rock can expect to develop their own recovery plan, with the support of staff. Each resident has a key worker who will support the resident and connect them to required resources.
Recreational, social, and vocational activities are formulated through resident input. Staff offer support with meals, medication, money management, and hygiene, depending on each residents needs and level of independence. Residents are also encouraged to engage in the community and in physical activities.
Greenridge Place and Eagle Rock heights are staffed by a mental health support worker 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, residents have nursing support, an on-site manager, and access to employment and education coaches.
