Feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed? Is legal counsel requesting anger management classes? CVAP, FNHA, ICBC & RHAP counselling with no fees. Life is incredibly painful at times, and we often feel alone in our suffering. You don't have to go through this on your own. Take the first step, help awaits! Reach out! I have a gentle yet directive approach utilizing a variety of modalities of which include trauma informed practices, cognitive behavioural therapies, dialectical behaviour therapies, strength based approaches & mindful interventions. All of which foster healing, self discovery, growth & transformation to inner peace.
