About this organization

Founded in 2002, the Delta Police Foundation has made it possible for the public to support the Delta Police Department (DPD). Over the years, residents and businesses in Delta have helped raise thousands of dollars for initiatives that are outside the Departments annual operating budget, including raising funds for the Emergency Command Vehicle, and the community volunteer fleet.

In 2012, the Delta Police Foundation shifted the focus from supporting capital projects, to supporting initiatives that align directly with the one of the key pillars in the DPDs Delta Service Enhancement Plan (DSEP) Community Focused Service.

The youth of Delta are the future of this community. Your donations to the Delta Police Foundation go directly to supporting youth initiatives ensuring our officers can help youth develop and focus on their future, and stay on the right path.
