About this service
The Babys Best Chance Pregnancy Outreach Program is a province-wide program that provides services for pregnant women and teens with lifestyle challenges or at risk of having low birth weight babies. PROGRAM FOCUS
- A program that will meet your individual needs.
- Peer support and a relaxed place to ask questions.
- Nutritional and health counselling.
- Free milk, juice and vitamins and infant supplies.
- Counselling and referrals.
- Weekly get together with lunch, drop-ins and classes.
- Social activities and crafts.
- Guest speakers.
- After-delivery follow-up and support for six months.
- We will also help you get other services you need.
