This program provides short-term supportive counselling, safety, and shelter for women and their children who are at risk of violence or who have experienced violence, by providing access to safe, secure and confidential services, including information and supports for decision-making, short-term shelter or housing, referrals to other services and links to affordable housing. Transportation to Dawson Creek may be provided for women who require longer term service or for safety reasons. These services are funded by BC Housing.
