TAPS operates under the auspices of Valley Community Services. Their support is essential to the operation of the program
In 2005, when the continuation of the TAPS program was at risk of closing, community volunteers
championed the cause and VCS took TAPS under their wing. Little did everyone know how perfect the partnership would be over all the years since in serving the needs of vulnerable seniors in our community at risk of being isolated.
