About this organization

Ekklesia Millennium Society was founded in 2007 by Kelley Poirier for the purpose of serving the needs of the homeless and the poor in Cranbrook, BC, and the surrounding area. Ekklesia was recognized as a non-profit society in 2009, and it currently occupies 4,200 square feet of space at 217 Industrial Road F in Cranbrook. Our goal is to acquire a large building closer to the downtown core and build a large, full-time shelter for the homeless. We gratefully accept your donations to help us achieve our goal. The more support we get, the more we can do for our community.
