About this organization

Sto:lo Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training is the Service Canada Indigenous Skills & Employment Training Program (ISETP) agreement holder contracted to implement the ISETP Agreement for Indigenous people located in the Fraser Valley catchment area. Service delivery is provided to the Indigenous peoples residing from Katzie to Boston Bar and three First Nation communities which are part of the Lower Stlatlimx Tribal Council (LSTC): Samahquam, Skatin and Xaxtsa.

The SASET Goal is to create quality training and access to employment opportunities for Indigenous persons residing in our service area through a process of identifying client need and addressing those needs through effective program delivery. SASET Indigenous clientele include employment and skills training services to all Indigenous people residing in the SASET catchment area that are; status/non-status, on/off reserve regardless of their place of origin in Canada.
