About this service
Funded through the Ministry of Child and Family Development
SAIP program has a mandate to provide counseling with a clinical treatment plan to children under the age of 19 who have disclosed sexual abuse.
The SAIP counselor can also work with children and families who have concerns where sexual abuse may have occurred but there has been no disclosure, however there is a presenting issue where sexual abuse is suspected.
Within SAIP, expressive art therapy and sand tray therapy are used to address the underlying emotional issues affecting children with traumatic life experiences.

Children under the age of 19 who have disclosed sexual abuse.
