About this service
Sinoahs Ark is an in-home, licensed family child care centre.
My philosophy is that children learn best through play, and I like to use strengths-based perspective to provide enriching experiences for the children. We loosely follow a play-based curriculum called Playing Preschool, designed by a mother and teacher, with activities that will spark childrens curiosity.
Our spaces designed solely for the children include a mud room, where the children can put away their belongings, eat, and engage in messy play and/or art. We also have a play room, equipped with open ended, primarily wooden toys. We have lots of reading material, as Im passionate about literacy, and we visit the library 1-2 times per week.
