About this service
COVID-19 Update: Due to increasing concerns about COVID-19 and recommendations for social distancing, we have temporarily modified programs with in-person contact. We are available to provide community support through contact by phone or email. Please call/email if you are in need of support.
As new information becomes available, we will modify our programs to reflect the changes.
Abbotsford Association for Healthy Aging continues to be instrumental in providing social support to seniors who are isolated, and or who do not have family and social connections in the community. In our aging society we are seeing more seniors requiring and needing various services including information and resources and opportunities for social connections.
Our community of senior volunteers greatly support the Friendly Visiting program by providing the gift of time, fostering connections, and mentoring others.
