About this organization
Our Mission at Set Free Ministries is to rescue prisoners and street people from their addictive lifestyles and to restore them to wholeness through a relationship with Jesus Christ and release them with the ability to minister unto others. The purpose was to teach residents principles of Christian living. The Samaritan Inn is a recovery house which assists men dealing with their addictions. Group meetings held 5 days a week challenge them to deal with the problems arising from their addictions. Wednesdays they participate in a Christian 12-step program, and a home Bible study on Fridays. Both the 12-step program and the Bible study are open to people outside "The Inn." When addicts and alcoholics have a desire to change their lives, the success of the program is limited only by the availability of facilities and other resources.
