Certified Listeners Society is a federal not-for-profit organization built by a community of people dedicated to providing early-stage emotional support to anyone who needs it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are not a crisis helpline. We believe that by serving the masses to navigate the challenges of our lives, with early-stage and real-time interventions, we can help individuals make better mental health lifestyle choices to live better, happier, healthier lives. We are an Emotional Support Chat Centre. Feeling down and need to connect to someone? Our Certified Listeners are here to listen, support you, and guide you in the right direction. Connect for free with the first available Certified Listener. All of our Certified Listeners are volunteers and have been trained and meet our Core Competencies and abide by our Code of Ethics. Emotional Support What is an Emotional Support Chat Centre? We compliment the work done by Distress Call Centres and Crisis Call Centres. We cater to people who need emotional support before they are in either distress or crisis. We believe that by providing early-stage and real-time interventions to the masses, we can help individuals make better mental health lifestyle choices to live better, happier, healthier lives.
