About this organization
I'm a Life Coach and Wellness Counsellor, specializing in trauma. Completed the Wellness Counsellor and Life Coach diploma program through Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver BC November 2019. After spending just shy of 20 years in the military, I have seen the most amazing and devastating things that the world can offer. Now I am honoured to work with adults and elderly to help them through their journey. I witness and help navigate them through their traumatic experiences by processing what happened and then supporting them to create and embrace their best life! I also work with those who are looking at various life transitions or new aspirations through life coaching. LGBTQ2S safe space.
