About this service
COVID19 Information: For one-on-one appointments and registered programs call 403-887-1137 Ext. 426.
Free one-on-one support by phone, email, zoom, and in-person by appointment only.
In-person group programs will follow Alberta Health Services recommendations and are registered programs.
Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) looks at five developmental areas including:
- Communication (what your child understands and what they can say)
- Fine Motor (your child's hand and finger movement and coordination)
- Gross Motor (how your child uses their arms, legs and other large muscles for sitting, crawling, walking and other activities)
- Problem-Solving (how your child plays with toys and solves problems)
- Personal-Social (your child's self-help skills and interactions with others)
- This developmental check-up is for families, single parents, caregivers, friends and relatives with children 2 - 60 months.
You can complete this online or by contacting the Family Enrichment staff to make an appointment.
