About this service
Education and training for health care professions are fundamental to improving end-of-life care in our community. MDs, nurses, RTs and EMS participation. Teaches a better understanding of symptom control, medication management, and advanced care planning. Its OK for patients and families to start the conversation about end of life too with their healthcare providers.
