About this service
Health for Two offers prenatal education and community resources to women during their pregnancy and following the birth of their baby. This program is designed for women who may face social or economic risks to a health pregnancy. These risks include one or more of the following:
- Teen pregnancy;
- Low/no income;
- Poor nutrition;
- History of substance abuse;
- History of family violence
- Single Parent
- Language/cultural barriers
- History/current depression
The Health for Two programs is delivered one-on-one by a Perinatal Outreach Worker. ** We provide free bus tickets, milk coupons, prenatal vitamins and more.
We believe every woman deserves a safe, stress free and happy pregnancy.
